Watching the Emirates FA Cup tonight. The oldest knock-out competition in the world sold its soul. How sad is it to think that in modern football anything is allowed to find new source of income?

I’m not against sponsorships/partnerships in football, but believe there is a smarter way to do it. First of all by respecting its History.

Has English Football lost its ambition? Due to the recent loss at the Euro 2016 more voices claim the Premier League has generated a lack of ambition in players due to the astronomical influx of money.

Reading FC and Cardiff came to a mutual agreement to cap their tickets price at £20 for away supporters. A nice example of how clubs can come together to have the voice of supporters represented instead of waiting for measures from the leagues/federation.

Much controversy has been heard about the new format of the former Johnstone’s Paint Trophy. Here is an article of the Guardian from beginning July. What are you thoughts about it? Premier League teams don’t seem ready to have their U21 squad competing in this competition.
What is the point of this trophy and how could the English football better value their young talents?
